By accessing and using UAITE ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

UAITE provides free online tools including generators, converters, text utilities, developer tools, and calculators. Our tools run in your browser and are provided "as is" for personal and commercial use.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Not attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Not use automated systems to access the Service excessively
  • Not circumvent any access restrictions or usage limits

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by UAITE and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code or content without permission.

Content you create using our tools remains yours. We claim no ownership over your inputs or outputs.

5. Premium Subscriptions

Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

6. API Usage (Premium)

Premium subscribers with API access agree to:

  • Keep API keys confidential
  • Not exceed rate limits (10,000 calls/month for Premium)
  • Not resell or redistribute API access
  • Use the API in accordance with these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend API access for abuse or excessive usage.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of tool outputs
  • Fitness for any particular purpose
  • Security of data processed through tools

Use our tools at your own risk. Always verify important outputs independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UAITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service
  • Change features, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice
  • Limit or restrict access for any reason

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
